exporter Moinnuddin Qureshi. Has the law taken any action against them? gfiles
has learnt that nothing is likely to happen to them. The clout of both the former Directors can be
gauged from the fact that till now no chargesheet has been filed by the CBI. To
recall, AP Singh served the CBI from November 30, 2010 to November 30, 2012 and
Ranjit Sinha from December 3, 2012 to December 2, 2014. Singh had to
subsequently resign as member of UPSC on alleged corruption charges.
