The process of governance by Narendra Modi has
begun. There are certain norms and procedures under which the Government of
India works. The most important Committee in the Government of India is the
Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). It consists of three
decision-makers—the Prime Minister, Home Minister and the concerned Minister of
the Ministry.
