Whenever regimes have changed in the last 67 years, the transition has
been smooth, especially for facilitators. The BJP has come to power alone,
without the support of anybody’s crutches this time. This disposition has
created a bottleneck. As far as the bureaucracy is concerned, they have their
set-up in place. The issue is how to deal with the ministers’ offices. Barring
a few top industrialists’ facilitators, most are perturbed.
