This is the home of some state-of-the -art ‘infrastructure’ projects,
special economic zones and giant MNCs—Motorola, Samsung, Dell, Ford,
Hyundai, BMW, Nokia, Saint Gobain, Nissan, Caterpillar, to mention a
few. But, as pre-election surveys show, the locals are left wondering as
