IT seems nobody is better than Lalu Prasad Yadav when it comes to getting Sonia Gandhi on board in a dubious deal. The Bihar strongman apparently had a meeting with the Congress President, after which the latter fell in line with her government on taking the ordinance route to protect convicted netas from losing their seats.
