Delhi Election 2013 Sadar Bazar



Three-time Congress MLA Rajesh Jain holds an edge for now, for two reasons. Firstly, Muslim voter, which constitutes over 35 per cent in the constituency stands by him. Secondly, the Aam Aadmi Party has created an almost vertical division in the opposition votes.

Bharatiya Janata Party’s 2008 runner up Jai Prakash alias JP (44), who was recently designated the Delhi Pradesh General Secretary, is in contention for the ticket along with Praveen Jain, the husband of Councillor Pinki Jain.
