There is no denying the fact that for the last 20 months, governance in West Bengal has always been high on entertainment value

Under Left rule, West Bengal appeared to have become a
dangerous place, at least for a section of the populace. But when Mamata
Di took over, people expected paribartan. And, paribartan has
certainly taken place in the State, though the debate on exactly what
