The Indian Embassy in Myanmar is awaiting a First Secretary (Development) at the level of a Deputy Secretary. As per a Government circular, dated November 28, 2011, the officer had to relocate with immediate effect. So far, so good! But nobody paid heed to the circular and months passed.....
